My Review of Don Jacobs Volkswagen:
I recently bought a new vehicle from Don Jacobs. The salesperson was really nice but the used car manager was very unprofessional and would not give a fair deal on my trade-in or the new car. In fact, his initial offer was exactly 50% of what he ended up giving me for the trade-in.

The service department supervisor is very knowledgable but services are way too overpriced. In fact, the parts department also increases prices ~40-100% of the OEM price! Maybe it is worth driving an extra hour to due business with another VW dealer?
