A++++ To Dave Coke I finally found the car I wanted (ZL1) and it was at Don Mealey Chevrolet. I first called and spoke to a younger salesman, I won't include his name. I I finally found the car I wanted (ZL1) and it was at Don Mealey Chevrolet. I first called and spoke to a younger salesman, I won't include his name. I asked him questions about the car and he stated he would follow up with me the following day. I called on a Thursday, didn't hear back as Monday rolled around. I had advised the younger salesman I was serious and had financing all lined up. Didn't matter, didn't get a call back with the answers I was looking for or any pictures I requested. So, I gave them one more shot, called back and (thankfully) got a Mr. Dave Coke on the line. I asked him for some more info on the car I was interested in, and within an hour, I had the answers and photos I asked for. I mulled over the price with my wife, called Mr. Coke back and advised to him that I pre-qualled with my bank, and that if we could work out the deal in the terms I was looking for, I'd be buying a plane ticket. Within an hour, he sent me a proposal sheet, it was the number I had in mind, and the deal was made! I cannot emphasize enough how helpful, straight forward and honest Dave was. He single handedly saved a 35k+ sale for his dealership. If it weren't for him, I would've found my dream car elsewhere. From start to finish as I drove away from the lot, Mr. Coke ensured my experience was painless and professional. I felt he was trustworthy and I could take his word on what I asked. I worked out an out of state deal, and was overly impressed with how well it worked out. If I had a car dealership, I'd hire him to run it! Christian showed me a few new trucks and then the used Duramax that I Arrived at the dealership to look at Duramax trucks with a used vehicle in mind. Christian showed me a few new trucks and then the used Duramax that I saw on the Internet. The vehicle was practically new as advertised. He didn’t try and upsell me on a new truck but took the time to explain the benefits of buying a certified used one. I drove it, we haggled a little on price and a set of running boards and then agreed on the sale. I’m very satisfied with everyone we had contact with, including JC Harrelson and Jonathan Roberts.
