She was accommodating and kind, offering several alternative solutions to my request. She has followed up with me several times since my purchase and has offered to assist me with the service work we discussed on my Z71 pickup. If I have any concerns, they would be directed towards the inspection service given the vehicle prior to offering it for sale. Understanding the vehicle is five years old with high miles, it would seem minor observations would be in order, i.e. tires, battery, etc... after leaving the dealership I found all tires to be under inflated by 10#. Attempting to drive the vehicle to work the following morning, it had to be jump started, as every cell in the battery was dry. I had to replace it that afternoon when I had to jump start it again to get home. Typical maintenance issues I'll grant you however; disturbing and somewhat of a confidence shaker. More
