While the service was excellent from start to finish, the big surprise at payment was not. We would have brought a check had we known there would be a 3% fee for credit card payment. I went in to have service done on my car. The item they replaced affected the oil in my car. The Oil Cooler had not been working and all my oil was dirty, brown, and had a burnt smell. When I went to go get my car, they left the dirty stinky burnt oil in there. I don't understand because I thought the oil is the life blood of vehicles. Anyway, I was not pleased to find out they did not address this problem when they had a chance to change it while it was in the shop. Now, I have to make a special trip back to have that done. Everything was great! But I bought me truck when it was Morris Moore and I was supposed to have all these perks for the lifetime ownership of the truck.
