I've been looking for a new truck over the past few months and was having a difficult time deciding which truck to purchase. I finally narrowed it down to either the Toyota Tundra or the RAM 1500. I test drove the Tundra before the RAM and was not blown away by the vehicle, or the sales service. I then went into Doug Smith Autoplex in American Fork and met with Chris Smith. Many of my friends had recommend Chris and said that he would help you find the right truck. Chris was fantastic! He spent just the right time showing me the different trucks and options of the new 2014 RAM 1500 had to offer. Chris listened to what was important to me in a truck and found the perfect Larmie RAM 1500 that met all of my needs. Chris is a great salesman. He is not too pushy and really listens. In the search for a different car, we looked online at Doug Smith's inventory, and found a couple cars that we wanted to look at and test drive. They test drove all of the cars, and she found one to her liking. The price of the car was decent, well within the NADA Blue Book, and the amount they were willing to give us for our trade in was acceptable. (Actually, they offered us $1000 more for our trade than any other dealership had.) I went straight to the dealership after work and they had all the paperwork ready to sign and my wife, who is a stickler for customer service, was extremely pleased with the whole process.
