Finally today I got my call back and they say that they did not find the problem with the jeep? They charged me almost a thousand dollars and they do not know? This is SO INCOMPETENTE. Now they want 3K to change some sensors? And still they think if those are not the issue, then they need to keep going to find out what it is…. How horrible service! More

EDIT: SINCE MY REVIEW THINGS HAVE CHANGED. DOUG SMITH STEPPED UP AND REALLY HELPED US RESOLVE THE SITUATION WITH THE CITATION. OUR SALESMAN DAVE HAS FOLLOWED UP TO ENSURE THAT WE WERE HAPPY DOUG SMITH STEPPED UP AND REALLY HELPED US RESOLVE THE SITUATION WITH THE CITATION.
