Since I bought my 2012 Jeep Wrangler I knew I was going to lift it and put bigger tires on it. Who wouldn't??? After a long enough delay I decided to make the move. I called around to a few people and t to lift it and put bigger tires on it. Who wouldn't??? After a long enough delay I decided to make the move. I called around to a few people and then decided to try the dealer I bought the Jeep from originally. From the phone call I was sold on letting the dealer do the work. I first worked with Steve to get the parts ordered. He ordered exactly what I wanted and was able to negotiate a good price for the lift kit, wheels, and tires. Once the parts came in they were installed within a day. Tim greeted me in the morning and knew exactly what needed to be done. I even got to meet the guys who performed the work. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend taking a Jeep to them for work such as I had done. It may be taboo to perform after market/upgrade work on a car using the dealership but these guys elminated that taboo for me. More
I made the unfortunate mistake for going to Sunset Doge and Jeep in Sarasota to get a simple fix for my raido (I strongley urge everyone to stay away from that place!!). That's a whole story I should pro and Jeep in Sarasota to get a simple fix for my raido (I strongley urge everyone to stay away from that place!!). That's a whole story I should probably post as a review on theirs. Anyway, Tim is such a big help. He took control of my problem and ordered me a new radio and promised that after the 4th time having to bring my Jeep into Sarasota, this one visit he would have it fixed. He saw through that promise and my radio works perfectly fine! Service at Douglas can get very crazy busy, but Tim always seems to get things done and keeps his cool. He genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. That could be reasoning behind why they're so busy all the time. Because people trust, and feel confident that their vehicles will be taken care of there. Keep up the great work guys! :) More

Town&Country van in for servicing before end-of-winter-season return trip up north from Florida. All wiper blades replaced, but ... one of 3 blades did not properly lock into position ... th end-of-winter-season return trip up north from Florida. All wiper blades replaced, but ... one of 3 blades did not properly lock into position ... this was not obvious. No rain experienced until two months later on trip up north. Pennsylvania Turnpike under construction ... nowhere to turn off or pull over in sudden severe and then continuing rain. Noticed minor scoring of windscreen from wire stiffener that runs parallel to rubber blade to provide stiffness. Reason: since it wasn't into position, blade assembly was fraction of inch too long, and was bumping into the opposite blade, thus bending the tip (hence the wire stiffener)slightly. Faxed Douglas Jeep. Explained problem. They said bring it in when next in area. Although our return to Florida was not for 6 months, Douglas Jeep accepted my explanation for the scoring, even though there was no direct evidence of who had caused the problem. They agreed that the only solution was to replace the windscreen glass, which they did, at no charge to me. The work was very quickly done, right at my own home, with excelletn quality and service. The mark of a top-notch organization is what they do when there's a problem, and how they handle it. Douglas Jeep fixed this problem, and have implemented corrective action to ensure no such recurrence. We definitely recommend this company for excellent people, great follow-up, and for exhibiting concern and care for the customer. More
