We admittedly dropped the ball and should have called you upon the service being completed. In order to complete the service, the floor matting had to be moved. At Dover Chevrolet, if we have to move belongings in the vehicle to access certain areas within the vehicle we place the belongings on the seat or floor. I apologize for this negative experience.
