I went in for state inspection and three things I thought were problems. James explained 2 of them so that I did not need to have them 'fixed' as they were not problems (saving me time and money). I have missed the complimentary car wash during my last 3 visits. I was told it wasn’t working the last time but now I wonder if that service has been discontinued. I also wish the technician would leave my visits. I was told it wasn’t working the last time but now I wonder if that service has been discontinued. I also wish the technician would leave my BJ’s tire rotation decal on, so I can keep track of mileage until the next one is due. It has been taken off twice. It is next to but does not interfere with the Dover Honda mileage decal that I have to remind me of mileage for the next oil change. More
