Great service, loved the shuttle! Alecia was great. However, it took SO long to do my car, and the cost was higher than expected. I did get a quote for the work, but I didn’t realize Alecia was great. However, it took SO long to do my car, and the cost was higher than expected. I did get a quote for the work, but I didn’t realize the quote was only for parts; the final price was $1000 more than I had been quoted! It would be better to be quoted a price that included labor, even if it had been just an estimated range. More
