Drew was super helpful in selection and options. He demonstrated all car features and made sure I was comfortable with the vehicle prior to leaving. The finance manager was super nice. What a mess! Scheduled a recall appt. for 3 months & then parts were not there! Call and ask for a loner then parts miraculously appear and car is fixed. I had to Scheduled a recall appt. for 3 months & then parts were not there! Call and ask for a loner then parts miraculously appear and car is fixed. I had to call to find this out. No communication. They kept the car from 8:00 till 5:00. Very unprofessional. More
