Hi, Cooper. I left a review yesterday on the dealership website. I gave it a 1 star out of 5 review. I recently visited Toyota Doxon to explore options for leasing or purchasing a new vehicle. I was prepared to have my credit checked and income verified, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I did not research Toyota Doxon before my visit, which in hindsight might have been helpful. However, what I encountered was a lack of professionalism and customer service. I was shown a very limited selection of vehicles and was not offered any referrals to other Toyota dealerships with better inventory options. The salesperson repeatedly questioned my purpose for visiting, which I found to be quite rude. When I spoke with the manager, the situation did not improve. He reiterated the same information I had already provided, showing a lack of listening skills. To top it off, when the manager went to retrieve my keys, he returned with the wrong set, which seemed to reflect a general disregard for basic customer service. Overall, my experience at Toyota Doxon was disappointing, and it felt like there was a significant lack of attention to customer needs and basic procedures. I was searching for a new vehicle, but yesterday's lackluster customer service left me with a huge impression that I was wasting the salesperson and his manager's time. You got a 1 star from me as I at least got my credit checked and estimated on the new vehicle. Everything else received zero stars from me. Very Best, Joseph Rissi, Mr. R.

Additionally, when I got my keys back and my registration the sales manager was dangling my keys in front of me. I also wanted to see if I could schedule routine maintenance for my vehicle. No longer interested in service at this location. This appears with the mishandling of my car keys as it is a poor sales pressure tactic. I am retired from the military and if asked to refer a dealership for a prospective new vehicle. I will not recommend Doxon Toyota.
