Tim, thank you for shopping with Dream Nissan all the way from Colorado. There are no scams here. As most third party websites say, please check with the dealer for pricing details and availability. Our pricing does include discounts for having trades which are listed on our website clearly. Even then, we waved our discount for you and you wanted an additional $1,300 off our best price. By the end of the day this vehicle was sold. I understand the frustration of missing a good deal. but that does not make us shady scamming liars. Please keep an eye out for a happy customer with their new Tundra on our Facebook and Instagram. Anyone that is reading this review, please understand we are a first come first serve sales operation. We cannot hold a car for you unless you are prepared to leave a deposit. We price all of our vehicles very aggressively, most customers do NOT prefer the haggling back and forth. Customers prefer to get it and get out with a great deal. Dream Nissan is one of the only dealerships in the country that offer a Free LIFETIME warranty. Please mention "TIM's Review" and receive additional $500 off any new and used vehicle. This offer is available indefinitely.

Dear Randy123, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We completely understand that this can be frustrating when you see one price, but in reality, it is another. We can assure you that our staff knows exactly what our price is and tried to walk you through the discounts provided. What we cannot do is control 3rd party websites projecting the wrong price on their websites simply because we do not run those sites. If you visit any of our trusted websites, you will see in our disclaimers, "We are not responsible for any pricing that is found on 3rd party websites (IE Cars.com, Autotrader, etc.)" This is listed on every car. Again, we understand that this is frustrating, and we will make sure to let cars.com know they have the price listed incorrectly. Daniel and Julie, we apologize that your experience was less than perfect in visiting our store. The last thing we want to do is disappoint a potential customer. Due to the current market conditions, cars arriving on any lot across the country from manufacturers will almost always sell within minutes of arrival. One thing to keep in mind is that over 25 people online are trying to sell the same car as the 15 people in the store. That's 40 people trying to sell one car to 40 different people or more. I understand that there is nothing we can do to improve this situation for you and your family. Still, please know that through this entire situation, we feel the same disappointment and pain as you, the consumer. Turning away business that we rely on to support the men and women that work for this organization is not something we look forward to. Please know that as the market shifts and things loosen up over the next few years, we would love the opportunity to earn your business and make right the wrongdoing you feel we did.
