Mike wasnt friendly at all he was strictly business. I would have perferred a move inviting person that would give me a better experience but he made me not want to come back. He kept blowing up a friend of mine's phone, since she reffered me there. A good, ready and prepared salesman would have had my information taken down the first time and followed up with me, except my friend kept getting hounded with calls as if he was a debt collector. Oh man, this sucker was desparate for a sale. The car I purchased on their lot was sitting around for about 3-4 months. I was pretty skeptical about why it was still on their lot. The car I was looking at never stays around any dealers lot for that long and Mike claims cars dont stay around too long at any of their locations. Although, I have seen 3 new postings for this car, one after the other as each one expires. I bought the car without finacing through the xxxx place AC Motors and had to take the car back in the next day because the steering wheel tilt was broken. JOE, the location manager aruged that we probably dont know how to adjust it and wanted me to bring the car in so him and Mike can "look" at it. Again, xxxxty xxx xxxxing service. 1) I don't live next door to AC Motors Bloomington. That xxxx place is 30-40 minutes away. 2) All their delarship locations don't have real techinicains onsite. 3) Mike and Joe don't know their vehicles they are just desparate to salesmen. A friend went with me to bring the car in the next day like. Mike came outside hopped in the car and can already tell himself that the steering wheel tilt was definitely broken and would need a replacement. Joe then comes outside walks back and fourth to examine another car of the same make and model to "see if he can fix it himself." Joe and Mike came up with a solution asking me if my friend and I, if we drove separately. If not, they wanted us to come back another day so we don't have to wait for them to "fix" the car. I simply asked how long is it going to take and they need to quit acting as if we don't have our own lives and to quit playing games. They told us they were running down to TIRES PLUS with the car to a "buddy" they know to get the parts and should be no more that 15-20 mintues. My friend and I was never invited to step inside to wait in their lobby. We were left outside in their parking lot for more than 15-20 minutes, had another employee even ask us where they were and they wonder why cars get stolen off the lot. Joe and Mike come back with the car claiming that it was as good as new. Claiming that I shouldn't have any more problems, explaining that there was a loose bolt that needed to be tighten. Sure enough, I had the same problem the next day. I gave Joe a call, letting him know it was acting up again. He accused me of "purposly breaking it." Now, why the xxxx would I want to break a car I just bought? Do I xxxxing look five? I couldn't believe this xxxx xxx mutherxxxxer, because after asking me the most xxxxxxxx question he explained to me theres "nothing I can do about it. It's not withing warranty. It's a Toyota problem. They recently had a recall, so it must be defective and you have to run it through Toyota. Sorry. We were just trying to help you out by fixing it when you came in last." I xxxx you not thats what happened. I honestly would have never went back to the xxxx place if the steering wheel tilt/column wasn't under warranty, but it was. My warranty didnt expire since it was a 30 day or 1000 miles warranty and you bet your xxx I xxxxing went to Toyota knowing it wasn't a toyota problem. If there was a recall, AC MOTORS SOLD ME AN UNSAFE CAR and should have had the recall done before selling the car to me. Toyota confirmed it was a broken steering wheel colunm and NOT A RECALL. TOYOTA explained that the entire column needed to be replaced and if it was broken if should not be tampered with. But thats exactly what "Joe and Mike" did to "help fix my car." I called Joe back demanding servce through their service department in New Hope. He finally was able to "help me" by having the service techinicains in New Hope, MN give me a call. After being serviced I experienced an auto start issue but had no problems because I wasnt dealing with xxxxty xxx people anymore. Its been a few good months since I bought my car. Again, I would have never bought a car from AC Motors if they didnt have the car I needed. Unfortunately they did. My friend who reffered me to AC Motors still hasnt gotten her refferral check Mike "claims" that he was going to send. Til now he or the rest of BLOMINGTON, AC MOTORS wont even pick up her calls. Well I know my review wont be up for long because AC Motors never has bad reviews right? Thanks to all of those for reading! Good luck! More
