I found a car I liked online and spoke with a salesman named Michael and stated that I would be interested in purchasing the car but I would need to get pictures of any flaws and be assured that it had no named Michael and stated that I would be interested in purchasing the car but I would need to get pictures of any flaws and be assured that it had no mechanical issues. He said it was in excellent condition so I wired the funds and we arranged transportation from NJ to NC. When the car arrived it had a dented RR door, a chipped windshield, missing buttons on the climate control, and paint on the hood was peeling. I was not happy. I called with concerns immediately. I ended up speaking to Kevin afterwards on several occasions and he promised to make it right but would not return my calls and placed me on hold each time I called. I even had a hard time just getting the title for a car that I had already paid for. My advice - DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE WITHOUT SEEING IT IN PERSON AND DRIVING IT. They only care about the sale - not customer service or doing fair business. More
