I came in for a fuel line recall. They told it my vin doesn’t call up any recall. I told the guy I’ll have to go outside and make calls and figure out next steps. Not even a minute later they pulled up my call as if I wasn’t wanted there. I felt hurt, embarrassed, and frustrated. I had to park my car in the streets and told them how I felt. I heard another staff in the background exclaiming “shesh” I couldn’t go back in I started crying. More

John was very helpful from beginning to end, perfectly courteous and a wealth of knowledge. He worked to get me to the price and payment point that I had in mind when we went in and just like the first time 14 years ago, we left totally satisfied with our buying experience. I have told many friends already to seek out John and Infiniti if they want a great buying experience and a great car. Mr. Kada was tremendous and the car has been all we hoped. More

They installed a broken part on my car hoping i would not notice. Plus they damaged my car and kept promising to fix it and kept forgetting to order the parts to replace what they damaged. Now it is out of notice. Plus they damaged my car and kept promising to fix it and kept forgetting to order the parts to replace what they damaged. Now it is out of the 12 months warrentee w/ my disability & w/ COVID and they will not replace what they damaged. Their consumer affairs division will not help me.Horrible Absolutly Customer Service.! By the way..... The estimate they gave me to replace 1 tail light cover was $2,965. More
