I came in for a fuel line recall. They told it my vin doesn’t call up any recall. I told the guy I’ll have to go outside and make calls and figure out next steps. Not even a minute later they pulled up my call as if I wasn’t wanted there. I felt hurt, embarrassed, and frustrated. I had to park my car in the streets and told them how I felt. I heard another staff in the background exclaiming “shesh” I couldn’t go back in I started crying. More

They installed a broken part on my car hoping i would not notice. Plus they damaged my car and kept promising to fix it and kept forgetting to order the parts to replace what they damaged.
