I am owener of 2019 F150, 2022 Bronco, 2023 expedition and 2023 F150. 3 in the last 22 months!! The service center at Durango Ford and the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Last pur and 2023 F150. 3 in the last 22 months!! The service center at Durango Ford and the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Last purchase was 5 months ago. Brand new truck. Had broken part at purchase….:..after 5 months still it fixed. car has gone in 2 times to get this fixed and both times they ordered the wrong part. Waited overt two overs at dealership for a 90 min repair only to be told they ordered wrong part again!!! Didn’t even wash my car or apologize!!! Told me “don’t worry I will call your husband and explain” I am livid!!! I filed formal complaint with Ford corporate. Car still not fixed More

Derek directed registration, insurance, payment, and delivery of vehicle, while i was working out of state, and the total price was signifacantly lower than other dealers, in Charleston, Nashville, Denver areas. Derek made several calls on my behalf, to verify registration/insurance, relative to dual residence. The price, with Derek's technical knowledge, professional conduct, and customer understanding made my decison to purchase at Durango Motor. More
