Sheila McFarland got me checked in and as always assured me that they would check my car from front to back top to bottom. They got things taken care of in a quick manner. Even finding a dirty air filter on my cabin ac. The new dealership is very nice. However it's the people in Richard Jordan's service department that are the life blood of Duval Ford. What a great team of service professionals. Every person I had contact with was professional in his or her job. I was treated as if I was their only concern. Rip off city inconsiderate crooks This place totally screwed us telling us we needed 1200 dollars worth of repairs, causing us to stay overnight in a hotel all the while delaying us fo This place totally screwed us telling us we needed 1200 dollars worth of repairs, causing us to stay overnight in a hotel all the while delaying us for a very important appointment. They were also supposed to pick us up the next morning but kept delaying, having a new excuse every time we called. We finally had enough and took an uber ride over to the dealership. When we arrived. We insisted we absolutely had to be on the road. So she made a call to service and with in minutes our car arrived around front. We live in north carolina and were passing through. These people clearly tried to rip us off and had no concern for our schedule. I would not trust or recommend them to any one ever More
