They offered me a fair trade-in value for my previous vehicle and helped me get into the vehicle I was looking for at my price point. Although I did not use this feature I found it very convenient and helpful that there was an option to do everything online and you could have the vehicle delivered to you! As if that wasn’t enough the standard warranty that comes along with my certified pre owned vehicle (and the extended warranty purchase options) left me feeling confident and pleased with my choices for now and in the future. I would definitely choose Duval Honda along with Ernesto and Kevin again for future purchases. More

He would ensure we were working with a sales person who would best take care of us. Most recently, I purchased a 2020 Honda CRV EX-L. I came to the dealership on 5/10/2023 to attempt to purchase a vehicle. Unfortunately, we were unable to come to agreeable terms. I kept in contact with David throughout the rest of the day. David found another vehicle that fit my needs and was within my budget. David and I worked the deal over the phone and we were able to come to an agreement on the terms. I just needed to go to the dealership to test drive the vehicle. I was able to come in the following day to test drive the vehicle. The terms were already agreed upon so we just needed to complete the paperwork. David Vergara and Daniel Mora made sure I had the best experience possible. There was a minor issue with the CRV and David made sure the dealership took care of the issue prior to me taking delivery of the vehicle. They wanted to make sure the vehicle was in the best condition prior to me driving off of the lot. David has always gone above and beyond for us. We will definitely come back to Duval Honda to purchase a new vehicle! More

I bought my 2017 Honda Accord from this place and Conner took me for a test drive. It was very surprising how the seller was more interested in showing his cell phone cover during the test drive, rather tha took me for a test drive. It was very surprising how the seller was more interested in showing his cell phone cover during the test drive, rather than answer questions about the car and actually try to sell me this car. Communicating with him was difficult, no text back, no response. Even after I traded in my Mustang and left a few personal belongings in there by mistake, he had made no effort for getting them back to me. I had to go back and ask somebody else to go look for my vehicle and get my dashcam and other items. Poor customer service for Conner, the other guy, who's name do not remember, was very helpful and went out of his way to get me my things back. More
