I was very happy with the service on my last visit with Ron Q. My 2016 Focus had transmission problems and Ron Q. got me into a Ford Escape. I'm sorry to say I was not happy with my service advisor Todd. Service from Todd was not good at all. Hopefully I won't get him as a service advisor again. More
