I came to dealership in a Waymo with the intention of buying a vehicle. The final numbers were off from the online. They wanted $42,349. I was willing to go to $42,100. I walked out to think about the offer. I was approached by the sales man to come back in to make the deal. I walked in and offered full price. Frank was extremely rude to me for no reason. Less than 3 minutes of me walking he stated it’s sold. He was very aggressive. He needs to understand that his sales person wanted me to make the deal. Frank did not want to sell me, someone in the dealership, willing and able to buy the vehicle. He said it is “sold”. Specifically, He said someone 2 hours away put a deposit on it.
