My Review of Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale:
The last car I purchased was from Right Toyota, and Johnson was the sales rep. He overcharged me $1,000 for a security system that wasn't installed, had to get Nat'l Rep involved to get my $ back from Right Toyota.

He is not to be trusted... I left Right Toyota and Toyota after buying Toyota for 20 years because of him, and went to Discover Hyundai to buy a Sonata last year (Johnson was not yet at Discover), had a great experience, but I can't deal with Earnhardt Hyundai in the future as long as he works there.

If he approaches you on the sales floor, run away ... either find another sales rep, or another dealer... be afraid, very afraid -- he lies, lies, lies.

Somehow I doubt this review will ever make the web page.

Bill Johnson was the ideal sales person. He was considerate, open-minded, flexible, understanding, knowledgable about the product ans obviously there to ensure satisfaction on the part of the consumer. Having a great product to sell, no doubt made his job that much easier. Nevertheless, Bill was an Earnhardt rep to whom I would gladly refer friends in search of a great automotive deal.

It was a pleasant experience having Tony as our salesman. He is very friendly and easy to talk to. He made sure we had water, coffee etc. and
kept us entertained with little stories and jokes while we waited for the paper work to get done. A few days later he called us to see if everything was ok with the car.

My Review of Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale:
We actually bought 2 cars-both new (a Genesis Coupe (for my daughter) and a Tucson (for me)) on the same day. Dan Bartus was our main point person (and John Lloyd was there as well) to make sure all of our questions were answered and that we were 100% satisfied throughout the process. Great people (everyone we met/worked with), all seemed sincere in making sure our needs were met. Would highly recommend to everyone!Dan also helped us with our trade-in. Nice guy!

The transaction was completed with integrity and they ensured delivery of a thoroughly inspected new 2012 SUV with all of our requested features at the most competitive price in the Phoenix area. This mirrors the attentive, customer-centered care that we have received in the service department under the leadership of Tim Hodder in the past year with our 2011 car, which has only required routine maintenance care.

I knew what kind of car I wanted, and had been to a different Hyundai dealer but was not comfortable.

I was treated promptly, and with courtesy. Dan answered my questions frankly, and I did not feel as though I was being tricked or pressured.

When I decided to buy the car, they made the process straightforward, and less arduous than any of my previous automobile purchases.

EVERYONE HE INTRODUCED ME TO, JIMMY AND BOB WERE SO ACCOMADATING FROM THE PURCHASING AND FINANCIAL END AS WELL. THEY ALSO WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP ME RETURN THE RENTAL CAR I HAD BEEN USING.
