My family and I bought (4) new 2011 hyundai Sonatas.... 1 limited, (2) SE's and a GLS and we love our cars. We needed to decide where we were going to have their maintenance work done. We did care for a couple of other dealers near our residence... no need to mentioned their names, so we decided on Discover for a couple of reasons. Their staff is exceptionally professional, courteous and overall gives a feeling of appreciation. I liked their dealership... very clean.. nice place to watch t.v. while waiting for the work to be done. I got the chance the meet the GM (Frank) and he was a no xx GM. Very down to earth nice guy. My husband and I can not express to you how great this dealership is. Our salesman Muzzy and along with the sales manager Frank and the finance manger made this transaction go just seamless. We appreciated the time and effort that ALL the employees at Discover Hyundai took to make sure we were happy. It was nice to do business with people who made it seem like we were not just a business deal for that day. The extreme satisfaction we feel with this dealership continues as I have worked with Tim Hodder for two routine service visits. Just love to come and feel like we are part of the "Discover Hyundai" family. Tim listens to what I have to say and recommends what is needed for my vehicle. Tim has such a friendly outgoing personality and he makes sure that you are satisfied . Like I said this dealership is tops and they deserve a rating of truly exceptional or truly outstanding. It's nice to know you can walk in the dealership 6 months later and everyone greets you like that first day; with such friendly demeanor and always wanting to assist you. In today's economy I feel customer service isn't a top priority and I have dealt with places I will never visit again due to bad customer service. That's why I wanted to take a moment to say that when I came in for service last week, I was helped by Adam Rodriguez and he was wonderful to deal with. He helped me with my questions, seemed knowledgeable and wasn't overly pushy. The place looked busy, yet Adam took the time to assist me completely without making me feel rushed or like a number, all while having a smile on his face. He was very nice and I was taken aback that I was receiving the best customer service I have had in years at a dealership. I would definitely recommend seeing Adam for service and will see him again when I return. Thank you Discover Hyundai for having Adam on your team. I have dealt withtwo two reps there, Dennis Jones and doug Bjarko. They both went way over the top to help me find what I was looking for and to decide what I wanted. They both took time to go out and see if things fit and worked as I wanted---floor mats and sunn-roof deflector. A pleasant change from the usual. More

My Azera was in for a 30,000mile service. Tim,service Manager was helpful in explaining what the service entailed. He was most congenial and kept me informed during my wait. Being a retired Army person I was afforded a military discount which I appreciate. I had an opportunity to visit with the customer service manager who was informative, pleasant and helpful. Made me feel welcome. The fleet manager and I visited about the Hyundai new line of vehicles and the dealership. A good guy with some valid ideas. Had a warranty issue with the A/C. I had warranty service provided for my 2008 Azera. Evevything was done as promised, on time and they washed my car as well. They treated me like a VIP throughout the experience.
