Kimberly Johnson was never pushy after me pestering and emailing her off and on for 4 months as we debated when to pull the trigger on a Pilot. Well, our second failed engine was an omen. On election day I rolled in ready to work something out with quotes from the Costco auto program. We've had very bad experiences with Toyota, Kia, and Chrysler dealerships in terms of deceptive promises, misleading price quotes, doctoring with monthly payments in financing, poor service, refusal to honor warranties. East Coast could not have been more different. We were treated with respect, the price agreed upon was the price honored and, while financing still went over add-ons, they were clearly labeled and explained. They took our trade-towed it in same day and were more than fair on price given our situation and how much trouble the vehicle had been. Then, when the agreed upon trim level couldn't be bartered from another dealership, Scott stepped in to get us one trim level higher (EX to EX-L) at very little additional cost, keeping us in striking distance of our downpayment and anticipated monthly payment. It's too soon to see how well the Pilot will hold up, but expectations are high, and we were very pleased with Kimberly, Scott Proctor, and the folks who stayed late to get our new car ready the same day. I don't like visiting car dealerships, not even today really (would much rather have a 3-year-old car performing as it should and no car payment). My wife teaches math and despises most dealerships trickery. I have to say that we were pleasant surprised with East Coast, enough to recommend them and say they have earned the right to first visit the next time we're in the market for a vehicle. More

Yet another great experience! I have purchased nine Hondas from this dealership. The whole company is ALWAYS spectacular! Today I picked up number 9 from Kimberly Johnson (outstan I have purchased nine Hondas from this dealership. The whole company is ALWAYS spectacular! Today I picked up number 9 from Kimberly Johnson (outstanding). My daughter's surprise present. Kimberly was Very caring, a great listener, and extremely professional. She took the time to assist, offer suggestions, and help make this transaction another great one. As always, both Scott Proctor and Steve Adcock handled all "mechanics" of the deal. Smooth, professional, and exacting. East Coast Honda sales, and service are exceptional. A "breath of fresh air" from many of the other local dealers that often are extreme high pressure. Tammy in service is a jewel. We learned early on, if she says we need to do something, it is not to sell us something...she does it to help protect our safety and investment. Great job all! We will be back...and strongly recommend this dealership!!! More
