This was my third time going to the dealership and finally after the 3rd visit and changing the associate i was able to get the repairs done which should’ve been done on my first visit driving around finally after the 3rd visit and changing the associate i was able to get the repairs done which should’ve been done on my first visit driving around with a bad cam shaft is crazy especially after telling the same guy twice “Kia” that something is wrong with my car and getting shoved out twice! The second guy that helped me on my 3rd visit is aces! More

The team who respond to online listing inquiries isn't even at the dealership, and resides somewhere in NJ (I dealt with Francesca--- beware!). They use these people as scapegoats, scheduling you to see cars they don't even have available. When you get to the dealership the car they lured you in with will have "just sold", and they'll apologize for the confusion while trying to push another car on you. I traveled 6 hours round trip to go to this dealership. I had confirmed availability that same morning before getting on the road for my scheduled 1pm appointment. When I arrived they told me they sold the car that morning. That night I checked the listing again on CarGurus and saw they updated the price on the car that very same day claiming it's still available for sale... baiting the next innocent customer with the same car they don't even have. I also called the dealership the next day to ask about the cars avaiablity and was told, YES, WE STILL HAVE IT, WOULD YOU LIKE TO SCHEUDLE AN APPOINTMENT TO COME IN? After telling them who I was, and asking for a manager, he admitted the car was not avaiable and had no explaination for all the deception. If you're going here for a specific car you saw advertised, it's probably not even available. They're just trying to get people in the door and then will try to sell you anything they can. A whole crew of salespeople looking to take advantage of innocent customers. Absolutely disgraceful. More
