Great service, quick turn around time and very helpful to answer any questions. You could have coffee cups and creamer available though. Worst experience I have ever had. The service department here is filled with nothing but liars and thieves. I was actually told by my warranty company to pick up my vehicle from them The service department here is filled with nothing but liars and thieves. I was actually told by my warranty company to pick up my vehicle from them immediately because they were "so sketchy." The fact that a WARRANTY company told me that unprompted should say it all. The service department manager promised he would be calling me to address the multiple lies I was told and the multiple parts on my vehicle that were damaged - that was in February and I still haven't heard from him. Spent the last couple of months compiling all the videos taken and all the recorded phone calls and the multiple employee statements that they willingly gave. This place is a nightmare. Stay away. More

This was my third time going to the dealership and finally after the 3rd visit and changing the associate i was able to get the repairs done which should’ve been done on my first visit driving around finally after the 3rd visit and changing the associate i was able to get the repairs done which should’ve been done on my first visit driving around with a bad cam shaft is crazy especially after telling the same guy twice “Kia” that something is wrong with my car and getting shoved out twice! The second guy that helped me on my 3rd visit is aces! More
