I purchased a well-researched used Tesla from Eco Auto in December 2023. The day after I bought it a rock damaged the windshield. It was when I attempted to get it repaired a few days later so it could pass December 2023. The day after I bought it a rock damaged the windshield. It was when I attempted to get it repaired a few days later so it could pass inspection that I found out the dealership had not registered the car in my name, had not transferred my plates, and my insurance had not transferred. It was not until more than two weeks later the dealership finally registered the car, and this only happened after my fiance's father came into the dealership with me and confronted the General Manager. My insurance ultimately refused to pay for a new windshield because the car wasn't registered to me when it was damaged. I was promised by the General Manager that they would make my car road-worthy nearly two months ago. Almost three months after buying this car Eco Auto has yet to provide me with a new windshield despite my persistent calls. Communications from them have been sparse. The 60 day period after receiving a failed inspection sticker ended today, so now I have a car I can't drive and I can't register. The sales rep Jeff at Eco Auto knows I needed this car for an out-of-state trip this week, which is now cancelled. I am on the hook for a loan in excess of $30,000 through Triangle Credit Union in Nashua NH. Do not recommend. More
