In 2022, we bought a car from Andy Marrero. From the initial call to him we decided to travel to Tampa, four hours from our home to get the car. The buying experience was one of the best. Recently our car developed a mechanical issue that after three attempts by our local GM dealer, the issue had not been resolved. Desperate to have our car repaired I called Andy. He immediately brought the problem to the attention of his service manager David Vega. Mr Vega contacted us and referred me to Ed Morse service advisor Michelle Hester. Michelle set a service date for us and arranged for a loaner. During the service process I was kept updated and informed of the progress by Michelle. Yesterday we picked up our car and so far the issues seem to be resolved. The buying and service experience at this dealership is top notch. Last night I received a text from Andy checking on us and making sure we got home ok after picking up our car. Folks, when was the last time you had someone do that. More
I recently had my car serviced at Ed Morse Tampa to replace a tire censor. After getting home, I noticed that the center piece was missing from my hubcap. I called the dealership and spoke with Steve replace a tire censor. After getting home, I noticed that the center piece was missing from my hubcap. I called the dealership and spoke with Steve about the situation. He asked me to send a picture of the missing piece and also asked for my address to send it to me, as I live in Lakeland. I have not heard from him, and neither have I received the part. Today I called and asked to speak to the service department manager, but did not receive a call back from him. This is the second piece from my vehicle that has gone missing. The commercial says, "Every car that leaves their lot is backed by Morse." I am waiting to see my vehicle backed by Morse. I miss Carlos :( More

I Have a 2004 Cadillac XLR. I happen to like the car. I brought it into ED MORSE CADILLAC hoping for expertise and asking for a little mercy on the pricing as not everyone can w I happen to like the car. I phoned Philip Schultz and asked if he could help me on the charges as I am a Veteran and it was extreme charges applied to the fix of my car (and the top still does not work). I was told by Philip, WHY SHOULD I TAKE FOOD OUT OF MY EMPLOYEES MOUTH JUST TO HELP YOU? I said Thank You, I apologized for asking and hung up the phone. I PAID my bill, of which I had to step through it with a fine tooth comb because there were charges added to the bill that should not have been there. Did I say, my Top still does not work! I also had all gaskets changed, still there is a oil leak on my garage floor. It has been 1 month since working on my car. It was not my intent to take anything from anyone. We all have families, but we all need a little understanding/mercy at some point in our life. If you have never needed it, keep living, you will. I am very disappointed in our AMERICAN MADE - CADILLAC COMPANY and the handling of their customers. More

From the very beginning of my interactions with him he has always been available whenever I had any questions and always able to provide me with a quick and accurate answer even if it meant going out of his way to point me in the right direction if he wasn't sure about something. He has always been supportive and caring from the beginning of the process until my car repairs were complete. Even then, he made sure that I knew he was always ready and available to help. Overall he was very straightforward and detailed while ensuring that the whole process was as smooth as possible. This has undoubtedly been one of greatest customer service experiences I have ever received. Ed Morse Cadillac of Tampa has a great person and exceptional service advisor in having Victor there! I had my Escalade serviced today at Ed Morse Cadillac Tampa and I was very disappointed by the amount of time it took them to perform an oil change, replace battery and flush the transmission. The total time spent waiting from my time of arrival until completion of the job was over 4 hours. The wait time cannot be justified although my service advisor did try to justify the wait time. The Service Advisor, Michael, is not to blame as he was doing his job and maintained a professional demeanor the entire time. However, while I am not a certified mechanic, I do know it should not take that long to perform 3 task. I'm addition, the individual who made the appointment should've listened more intently to understand exactly the type of service I was bringing the SUV into the service department. Had she listened and understood, I believe they would've arranged to provided me with a loaner or give me advance notice the request would've required a lengthy stay or even the need to leave it at the dealership overnight. Needless to say, I remain dissatisfied with the service department although the purchase, months ago, went extremely well. I'm rating the visit 2 stars instead of 1 because the Service Advisor did his job well. More
