Grace did an exceptional job with making a claims process go extremely smoothly. She had everything handled and kept me up to date through the process as information was received. When i tried to cancel my extended warranty it to two months to actually do it countless phone calls to have it done. Laken treated me very well. He was there for me throughout the whole process. If I had a question he answered it, if I had a concern he addressed it. The only thing I am disappointed in was I asked the finance guy for an interest rate and Laken ended up just sending me a monthly payment number and all I want was the rate I already had the monthly payment. When I came to pick up my 2nd key fob the asked if I wanted my truck washed which I thought was very good service. More
