The service provided for the oil change was fine. However, I was a bit upset to find out that my sync 4a was a 1 year limited time feature. I the service department was unaware that the Sync feature is limited. I truly thought the feature was broke until the service manager talked to the sales dept. This is not a dealership issue with the feature, the communication could have been better. The issue in my mind is with Ford, I own a 2020 mustang that sync works like the day I got the car. Now with this Explorer I have to run Car Play through my phone. Good grief could ford find a better design. My next purchase I will keep in mind that some features have perpetual cost. More
