I had some very odd electrical issues with my Forester that even the factory people had a dickens of a time trying to figure out. Adam kept at it and maintained a positive attitude throughout the entire p that even the factory people had a dickens of a time trying to figure out. Adam kept at it and maintained a positive attitude throughout the entire process. It took us almost a month and three visits I believe to finally figure out the problem (it was obscure), but Adam persevered throughout. As others have said, Adam has impressive problem-solving skills and is always friendly and helpful. I go to Adam whenever I need to have work done, which is usually only routine. The organization has impressed me from where it was 30 years ago, and it is people like Adam that helps make such a positive difference. More

Another great Jeep experience! Tim I was getting my regular oil change and, as usual, took a walk around the lot to kill time. Chad came out and offered to show me a couple of vehicles I was getting my regular oil change and, as usual, took a walk around the lot to kill time. Chad came out and offered to show me a couple of vehicles. He recommended a Jeep Cherokee. Having already owned 3 Jeeps, I knew that they are great vehicles. We took a 2016 Cherokee out for a drive and I was hooked, although not quite ready to buy. I was under the impression that this was just another wagon-type vehicle, but it is all Jeep! You can definitely feel the 271 HP when you need it! Chad kept in touch without being a bit pushy and eventually I bought that same Cherokee. I've been very happy ever since! It's not every day that you can actually look forward to driving, but this is definitely one of them! More

The dealer in Warren had friendly/intelligent staff, that I was grateful to have working on my car.
