I have traded for multiple new vehicles and the sales techniques of Team date to the bygone era of multiple talking heads, low respect. Low ball trade offers, multiple calls, emails, high pressure, etc. Simply put there are way too many alternatives to waste your time with this dealership. Now getting emails stating, come on back and I'll make my manager. blah blah. Unbelievable disregard for customers. Recently the roof of their building collapsed. After multiple emails back & forth with more than one salesperson at the dealership, i made a cash offer for a Jeep and never heard back! One internet salesperson evidently does not know what the other salesperson at the dealership, i made a cash offer for a Jeep and never heard back! Their 'actual' out the door price is much higher than the 'baited' advertised & much lower price, plus adding a 'special' mandatory insurance plan that adds to the end cost. After i made my cash offer to purchase, plus pay the sales tax on that purchase, i never heard back from them again. Never again! More

A friend and I went into the dealership looking to test drive one of the sedans on the lot. We were able to test drive the car and that was a positive experience. Upon sitting down at the salesperson’s desk to look at numbers, one of the other employees across the room made a nasty comment to another employee about putting on women’s clothing and then looked directly at my friend and I. We are both male. This was extremely unprofessional and disgusting. Insinuating that we were romantically involved with one another or taking a stab at two people in a place of business like that is just unacceptable. I will not be returning to this dealership. More

Terrible Buyer Beware... I have had nothing but trouble from day one. I will never do business with this dealership again, and I hope I can prevent you from Buyer Beware... I was talked into buying a car that I did not really want (I admit fault for that). I had an issue with the car the same week I bought it and was told that I would have to pay for it. After some arguing, they agreed to pay for it... One star for that. I then came to my senses and decided to sell the car back only 2 months later(less that 6k miles) and they offered me almost 5k less than what I paid... I've never seen a used car depreciate that fast... The car was in immaculate condition when I bought it, and it is in immaculate condition now. Absolutely ridiculous. Nasty sales team I went to buy a used car for my daughter. When we arrived the car did not have a sunroof as advertised. So I explained to the sales manager that we could not buy the car because of the mistake of claiming the car had the sunroof as well as a strong smell of cigarette smoke. Instead of adjusting the price or suggesting another vehicle he goes on an angry tirade then storms back into the dealership leaving my daughter and. Standing there with the car running. My advice is avoid this dealer. I had bought a new gmc truck previously so we should not have been treated with horrible disrespect and angry antics from a sales person. He should be fired.
