Great as always I have been buying cars from elite for the last 8 years(4 cars already) I replace them every 3y+- and I am always satisfied from all aspects of the p I have been buying cars from elite for the last 8 years(4 cars already) I replace them every 3y+- and I am always satisfied from all aspects of the purchase: 1. I get a great deal on the price for a barely used car (2-3y) 2. Cars are as close as you can get to new condition (remember you aren’t buying a new car, you’re buying a 2-3y old/lightly used car in superb condition) 3. Cars are still under warranty (at least the ones I buy) so I’m worry free for another 1-2y. 4. Team is professional and polite all the time, every single one of them. 5. They help me with after sale questions or inquires which saves me a bundle on maintenance and repairs in the 3-4y I own the cars. The last few cars I sold privately (after owning 3-4y) were sold for maximum kbb price (I try to keep them in tip top condition) So really what can be better than this? NOTHING That’s why I keep coming back More

When I arrived, I was greeted by Shahrad who asked me what I wanted and took me to see the cars that I was interested in. Shahrad had a lot of valuable and practical information for me about both the model specifically that I was looking at, as well as the brand in general (reliability, ease in getting service and parts, warranty info, driving experience). I never felt pressured and, in fact, the entire experience was relaxing and fun. Shahrad also explained to me how the buying experience would work at Elite Auto Imports (for example, they don't offer in-house financing) and he provided me a quick and easy value on my trade in. He also suggested that I get other values on my trade in, to ensure I'd get the best value. When I went back to purchase the car, Nina was awesome. She provided me great information and went through the process quickly. I think it was less than a half hour. She didn't try to upsell me, rather she chatted with me about my new car. I was so impressed with the staff who was both professional and personal. I felt comfortable from start to finish, and I believe I got an excellent deal on my beautiful new car. I emailed my expectations about purchasing a BMW 528 series online to avoid the sales back/forth and recieved a response back within 24 hours from Eran (very professional throughout the whole process). The deal was fast and fair with a few added perks. With an agreed price, it was up to me to get financing which gave me the power of Bank selection. Afterwards, Nina was execellent with the paperwork preparation. Shahrad was very knowledgeable with clear, detailed explanations to all my questions/concerns regarding features and maintenance.
