I wanted a 2011 Mercedes e350 4 matic sedan and I liked the colour combination and extensive options on a vehicle that this dealer had. Eran, GM then worked with me to get new winter tires/rims on the car to drive it north to Canada. He is a person of his word & when I flew to pick up the car Dec 15th, all was done as discussed, including little things like changing the speedometer to kms and turning on the daytime running lights that is needed to drive a car in Canada. Nice to have someone like him to work with who really cares! Nina handled the paper work and was helpful in getting what was required documents emailed out so I could get them to US Customs, before the min. 72 hours required by them before I crossed the border. All went smoothly at the border! The car is exactly as described and in is in excellent condition. I am pleased with the price I paid! I would be happy to deal with dealership again on any future car. More

I went to Elite Auto Brokers today after finding a Mercedes C300 Sport in which I was interested. They were absolutely no-pressure, open, honest, and ready to help. They pulled the car out into the light so that I could do a detailed analysis. Then, they quickly took my current car for a test-drive and worked up the numbers for a trade-in. The numbers were highly competitive, and I appreciated that they included all costs of the purchase, including transaction fees. I looked forward to returning the next day to make my purchase, but have decided against it only because I've decided to hold out for the interior color that I most want. If EAB gets one in, I'll be there that day to take it off of their hands. Awesome company -- I highly recommend. More

I inquired about the vehicle and Eran showed it to me and had Arturo take me for a test drive. No pressure to buy, they weren't try to upsell me on anything and didn't care if i had a trade in. Eran was upfront about the vehicle. There were minor issues that he is taking care of (at his expense) before i pick it up. I was in and out in an hour with a purchase agreement in hand to take to my bank. I've been looking for this vehicle for several months and I can say that EAB had the best deal on this particular make, model and year. I will definitely be returning to buy another car there in the future. No more traditional dealers for me. It was a pleasure to do business with them. More

No changes, no hidden fees, etc. The buying experience was very stress-free, the only stress we felt was seeing the other beauties there and sticking to the vehicle we went there for. We purchased a 2009 Mercedes CLS, and traded in a 2006 BMW 650i. EAB made it a pleasurable experience. They disclosed the brake issues that the car had, and promised to replaced them before the purchase. They did. They also disclosed a few dings that the car had, and said that they would take care of it before the purchase. They did. They gave us fair appraisal for our trade-in, which sweetned the transaction. In my book, EAB went over and beyond the call to seal this deal, even to the extent of making an appointment to have my windows tinted on the new car by a local tinter at my request (not many auto dealers would do that). I would definitely recommend EAB to my family and friends. More

I just purchased an Acura TL from Elite Auto Brokers and overall it was a very good experience. When I first came to the dealer, Moshe let me look at the vehicle for as long as I needed and took it for a sh overall it was a very good experience. When I first came to the dealer, Moshe let me look at the vehicle for as long as I needed and took it for a short test drive without any sales pressure. The car was in great overall condition and was aggressively priced compared to the market ($$ thousands less than other TL's with less miles). I immediately put down a refundable deposit and an agreement that I would like my car mechanic to inspect the vehicle once the state inspection was performed. My mechanic flagged a possible power steering issue and upon bringing it to Moshe's attention, he brought the car immediately to one of his mechanics where they checked the system and changed the power steering fluid. Since I was still hesitant after the system was checked, Moshe offered to take it to an Acura dealer (at his expense) for an independent and final verdict, the car came back with a clean bill of health. I have had the vehicle now for about a week and could not be any happier with the vehicle or the purchase price. These guys went out of their way to put my mind at ease! The only negative part was the car needed some routine maintenance (oil needs to be changed soon, transmission fluid a bit dirty, and the cabin & engine air filters were both filthy (just changed them today). However, for such a great price I am not that concerned! When the wife decides she wants to upgrade her Highlander, Elite Auto Brokers will be the first dealership we visit! More
