Don't Waste Your Time! The only reason these guys have such good reviews is because they bribe people with free movie tickets. When I bought my 2011 Buick LaCrosse from them The only reason these guys have such good reviews is because they bribe people with free movie tickets. When I bought my 2011 Buick LaCrosse from them this February, they told me if I left a good review they would give me 2 free movie tickets. I bought my Buick with 85,000 miles. Within the first week of owning it I had 2 check engine lights come on and a tire sensor go bad. I took it in and they fixed it with no questions asked. About 3 weeks later the same thing happened and I took it in and they told me there was nothing they could do about it. Over the course of the 7 months that I've owned it, I've had 8 check engine lights come on, the speedometer quit working, the AC is slowly getting worse, and last week my whole transmission went out. I took it in to get a quote and they quoted me $4200 for a refurbished transmission. My car only has 97,000 miles on it. Ever since the first week, I've had nothing but problems with my car. Save yourself the head ache and don't even think about wasting your time at this horrible dealership. The customer service is awful, the people are very unfriendly, and if you're lucky enough, your transmission will go out 10,000 miles after you buy from them. If i could give them zero stars I would. More
