Jeremy was awesome! I have bought more than 20+ new vehicles for myself and friends, family, etc. I also have worked fleet purchase for the state of CA. Throughout these experiences I have seen it all.

Currently I'm a Police Sergeant for a Special Operations Team working for the State of CA. My training and experience is extensive in interrogation, interview, interpersonal communication, law enforcement negotiation, and more....

Stereotypically sales people are not trusted... However, Jeremy never once showed any sign that made me uncomfortable, uneasy, or in any made my purchase experience negative.

It was VERY positive. He is intuitive, perceptive, and very quick. Never once did he hesitate regarding my concerns, wants, or at attending to the details needed to complete my purchase as I wanted.

He is the absolute best sales person I have every worked with.

We had been all over Sacramento and San Diego looking for a 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Either they did not have what we wanted or were rude or would not even consider our price. Jeremy was very patient, followed through with what we asked even though I think he thought we were a bit low and came back with a match. He was professional, friendly and a great family man. You knew he cared about his customers as people, which is not what we got any place else. We were both very pleased and walked out with a beautiful "orange" jeep. We love it and loved the personal treatment we received from Jeremy (and the pictures of his son, wife and dog)! Best experience we have had and we do buy a lot of cars. He really puts forth a lot of effort and knows what he is talking about - no fast talk to make the deal happen.

My experience buying a new Jeep Wrangler at Elk Grove Dodge went quite well. They have a friendly staff. It was an efficient process and they were definitely price competitive relative to other dealers where I had shopped around. Would recommend this dealership be considered by anyone I know is auto shopping.

This was the second Car we bought here. Nangi and Gordon did everything right. Got us the car we wanted with all the options, all the rebates and interest rate, price for the new car and top dollar for our trade. No other dealer wanted to give us all that. They all say can't have all of them got to give up interest rate to get the rebate. We won't drop the price if you want the rebate. Not Elk Grove Dodge. They gave us all of them. Won't go anywhere else.

We came to Elk Grove Chrysler Jeep Dodge for a 2014 Jeep Patriot. Jeremy assisted us with our purchase. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. David Mitchell was able to find a very close match to the vehicle that we wanted through a dealer trade. He also was the first salesman that I had talked to that really knew and understood all of the options available on the Jeep Wrangler, making it easier for me to decide what was really important.
