I was then told I'd have to return in two weeks to have it installed after it comes in. As I live two hours away from the dealership, this has become an inconvenience for me. For a $1400 accessory, Elk Grove Dodge has made me feel like they are doing me a favor. Since I bought a brand new vehicle I feel that this soft top should have been discounted especially since I am having to drive over 100 miles and hang around to have it installed. 2. They only give me one key for a brand new jeep and when I asked for a second key I had to wait for almost an hour. I actually want to get a third key, which I will order on my next visit. 3. I'm not sure why I am being charged $200 for Sirius radio when I really am not interested in this option at all. I hope this feedback is helpful. Ron More
