The sales service was great at Elkins. I saw a truck online that had just come in so there was no pictures of it yet. He streamlined the process by starting the paperwork & financing while i was at work so the process was extremely smooth. I was in and out off the dealership in less than 2 hours including test drive and everything. I would highly recommend this family owned dealership as I will be returning on any future purchases. The service rep. , Michael Bilbow greeted as soon as I came into the bay. He listened to the issues that I had with the car other than the usual oil change and tire r , Michael Bilbow greeted as soon as I came into the bay. He listened to the issues that I had with the car other than the usual oil change and tire rotation and within a short period of time the car was repaired. The Technician, Charles (786) found the issue with the tire, and I hope it never bothers the vehicle again. I have always been satisfied with the dealership and refer as many people as possible.
