We came to this dealer on a recommendation from a friend, and I am SO glad we did! About 3 years ago I had horrible experiences with dealerships, and ended up buying my car from JD Byrider because I was left and I am SO glad we did! I was and am beyond satisfied with everything about this dealership. It has completely changed my views on car sales and the people who work there. Thanks to this dealership I've realized that they are not ALL bad guys. Noel mentioned a few times that he "is new to this business" but you'd never guess that by the way he treated us. My boyfriend and I both walked away with vehicles beyond what we thought we could get. All the staff that we came into contact with was not only VERY friendly, not fake friendly like some places, but genuine friendly. They were all extremely helpful and the process was just smooth and very well described step by step. The quality of the vehicles is astounding. My boyfriend bought a 2010 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport, and I bought a 2010 Chrysler Sebring. Without rambling too much, I can't accurately put into words how amazing our experience was with this group of people, Noel and Vinny "the bank guy" in particular. I decided that choosing the right car for me was going to boil down to the car that I could afford myself and the dealership was going to be one recommend by my family. I COULD NOT HAVE MADE BETTER CHOICES. I walked into Elmwood DCJ with a set monthly payment, insurance and a down payment. I walked out with MY VERY OWN CAR THAT I COULD AFFORD and an experience I will cherish and recommend to others. Mr. James Bray has a heart of gold and did everything possible for me. Mr. Vinny has very understanding! And Mr. Tavares, I can’t recall his first name, was extremely helpful and returned all my calls whenever James couldn’t get back to me. More
