Though they were exceedingly busy, customer service gave me a loaner to free me from a long wait and went on to take care of the emergency that brought me there. Some services that were automatically included in the 30 month service (as specified in the “Warranty & Maintenance Booklet”) now must be specified Some services that were automatically included in the 30 month service (as specified in the “Warranty & Maintenance Booklet”) now must be specified separately. My belief that I was being subjected to an aggressive upsell to buy an expensive service that had been included on a previous service visit (as had been the case for most of the 13 and-a-half years that I have owned the vehicle) turned out to be erroneous. The issue has been resolved to my satisfaction and I will continue to be a customer of Empire Subaru More
