I had an unbelievable experience with an outstanding sales associate, Lana. I typically do not stay with the same make of car for more than two years. However, my experience at Empire, along with Lana as my sales associate and Nash as my service advisor, is the primary reason I decided to enter into my second lease with Volvo. The car itself is excellent, but for me, the relationships built during the process are what matter most. Empire Volvo has treated me well from day one, and I intend to continue doing business with them for many more years to come because the people make the difference. The Empire Volvo Smithtown has an excellent service department. Raymond Nuccio assisted with the appointment for 30000 mile service. He was polite and courteous as well as being knowledgeable.
