Really bad experience. V2 and the others there were nice and determined to make the deal, and they did. When I got there, Drew wasn't there and they said they were unable to honor that deal. I felt taken advantage of but proceeded anyway because I really wanted the car, paying $6500 more than what was discussed with Drew. I've bought enough cars in my lifetime to know that the car buying experience can be a racket, but this one was particularly negative. More

Complete nightmare from scheduling to service execution. I've brought the car that I purchased from your dealership back for service multiple times. Each visit my time is wasted. The last time they messed u I've brought the car that I purchased from your dealership back for service multiple times. Each visit my time is wasted. The last time they messed up my alignment and had to bring it back right after leaving the lot. I will be avoiding Envision and will not recommend you to my family/friends/social media followers who are currently looking for new cars. More
Not only did I have a great experience at this dealership, I took home the car I went in for! Joe, our sales person was just amazing, he is knowledgeable and great at his job. I bought a vehicle. Asked that they use the lender I already pre-qualified with because I didn't want my credit ran multiple times by multiple lenders. They didn't listen now my score is down 17 points. Then they said I was in luck and they were zeroing out the lease trade-in. There was a negative amount charged from that, when I complained they tried to say that was the turn in fee for the lease. Luckily I have the payout letter and it was lower than what the couple hundred plus they were trying to charge me, so they removed it. Then they have this Zurich plan, that has the tow services that is already offered automatically with a new vehicle. Replacement key services, this is my 4th new vehicle, I have always never lost a FOB, I turned in both keys with all vehicles. It also has paint and seat material services, again all my vehicles were turned in in a great condition. Told me I could pay the least $2k to 4k. I ended up paying more than $8. They said The services were optional, it was forced on me if I wanted to get the vehicle. With services that only last 3 years. The same tow services with the 5 year warranty. I got a $12000 discount, apparently forcing these services, they say is on every vehicle, only received about $3000 discount. When I tried to take my things from my trade-in Vehicle they opened the door with the key and left, I had to wait 10 min for them to come back to open the glove compartment and center console, it was about 10pm, and the car was in the back lot where the service department is. Last, but not least, the car comes with SXM radio and SXMGuardian services. No one told me about any of these services, that they were on the car, that they were available, how they work, what they are, or even give a pamphlet. I found out because they sent a text message after I left the dealership. Now I am having trouble accessing these services because they are not working correctly and I have spoken to at least 6 different agents trying to get access for it to work right. They also was given my email address on my paperwork, yet the SXMGUARDIAN agents are telling me that the information they have doesn't match what I am verifying, they can only verify my name, vehicle and nothing else. The email and pin number set on the account by the dealership doesn't match my information. ATP I wish I went to a different dealership. I was also asked to leave a review, after this questionable treatment. This was the worst 5 hours ever. And the people I worked with are not listed on the people section. So I can't even pinpoint the terrible sales, sales manager, and finance department representatives. More
