I recently took my car to Envision Ford of Oxnard Service Center for a Safety Recall. I was exceptionally pleased with the service. Daniel Ayala, Service Advisor was friendly and efficient. He explained th Center for a Safety Recall. I was exceptionally pleased with the service. Daniel Ayala, Service Advisor was friendly and efficient. He explained the Safety Recall process and detailed what would be repaired. I also spoke with Jose Alarcon, Assistant Service Manager on other issues. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The repairs were completed in a timely manner. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would consider returning for future services. More

I took my 2015 focus to reprogram the tcm the car was shifting fine but I want to be sure that everything was fine with the tcm when I pick it up the car was shifting too hard they told me that need to r shifting fine but I want to be sure that everything was fine with the tcm when I pick it up the car was shifting too hard they told me that need to replace clutch but the clutch was replaced one month ago they changed to me $225 but my car is worse right now the Tcm has 15 years of warranty for ford then why they change 225 More
