This is our third new vehicle purchase from Ewald of Oconomowoc, and we couldn't be happier woth the entire vehicle purchasing process. We had been bounced around between Sales reps in the past, but this time we got to work with Dan Neumann. He is a class act, he knows the car industry, he knows what kinds of questions to ask, and he gets it done. Thanks again Dan, for all of your hard work and the extra time put in to get us into that new Silverado! We cannot talk about Dan and leave out Ken Hirn. He is Ewald's New Car Sales Manager, and he is good at his job. Period. Every time we walk in that Dealership, even for regular service and he sees us, he stops to say Hello. He works hard to get us into whichever vehicle we have purchased. Between making sure we receive every rebate we are entitled to, to lunch from Cousin's, he takes care of us and his Sales staff. Ken always makes us feel important. On our delivery day for our Silverado, he called special since he was not going to be in that afternoon to thank us again for being great return customers. This is the third car we have bought from Doug. He is always very friendly and helpful. He did a great job of going over the Trailblazer with us showing what was not perfect about the car and also expla always very friendly and helpful. We had decided to look at the Equinox and the Escape for a new vehicle. After having driven the Escape we went to Ewald to try out the Equinox. Walking into the dealership was a very friendly experience. a new vehicle. After having driven the Escape we went to Ewald to try out the Equinox. Walking into the dealership was a very friendly experience. We were greeted at the door, asked our intent, and shown to a new car dealer available to help us through our experience. The dealership had a very festive atmosphere and we felt like we had come home. We test drove the Equinox and found several reasons to like it over the Escape and decided to try to come to an agreement on price. We did and are now driving our new Equinox with a confidence that we will be taken good care of in the future without having to go extra miles for service in the future. More

I went to Ewalds for service on my Tahoe. Purchased somewhere else. I saw the great Avalanche. Met sales person Nick. He was great, but when I told him the areat I was looking for reference cost and somewhere else. I saw the great Avalanche. Met sales person Nick. He was great, but when I told him the areat I was looking for reference cost and trade in, it was his sales manager that told him roughly, no way. Thank you, bye, and not even a sit down and try to work it out. Again not the sales man, but the dealer. This is the 4th time in 17 years I tried Ewalds and they would not budge. In the last 17 years I have owned 3 tahoes and now an Avalanche. Knowing the area I felt that I could not afford to shop there. this is not only my opinion, but others in my income bracket. I went to a Milwakee dealer, they worked with me, gave me much more for my trade in, and I got a vehicle at the same year I was looking at Ewalds, but 20,000 miles less. I am moving all my maintenance business (which ewald has been doing for the last 7 years) from Ewalds to another dealer. I did not even feel welcome from the guys who make the final decison there. Sorry, But my wife and I will take our GM products and purchasing elsewhere. MFM More

Exceptional Service, Prompt, Knowlegable, and Quick. I have owned 5 Corvettes since 1975. It is always an uneasy feeling taking your vette to a dealer hoping they will respect it the way I have. But aft have owned 5 Corvettes since 1975. It is always an uneasy feeling taking your vette to a dealer hoping they will respect it the way I have. But after going to Ewalds in Oconomowoc and seeing the expertise they have and how they treat the vehicle I have found a New Home for my service. I had a Security/Theft Computer problem with my 2000 C5 which was causing my steering wheel to not unlock when I started the car. They diagnosed the problem and found out that the Recall back in 2004 was not done. GM said that these had to be completed by 2006 or they would not cover it anymore. Well Bret Ewald got together with his Service Directer Chuck Akers and they looked into it and took care of this for me.. Jon Harder, the Service Advisor, rushed my car in, ordered the New Parts, had them shipped overnight so I could get my vette back asap! I would highly recommend Ewalds Chevrolet to anyone who needs the best in customer service and friendlyness. Kudos to you guys, you earned it! More
