David (service manager)asked if I would like to speak with a sales rep. I said that I loved my Subaru and did not need a new car. Then I met Darrell and we started talking about what I liked about my car. Darrell was a great listener and advocated for me and I ended up getting a great car and a great deal. Darrell is very personable as is David and I felt I was being treated truthfully. Great experince! Linda Grable More
Mike the Service Manager adopted a condescending and paternalistic attitude with me when I had taken my two year old Legacy in for the fourth time to get the sunroof fixed. While fixing the sunroof, th paternalistic attitude with me when I had taken my two year old Legacy in for the fourth time to get the sunroof fixed. While fixing the sunroof, the technicians somehow blew out the fuse that controls the power mirrors. After taking my car in repeatedly for a problem with the front seat, this was the last straw. I didn't receive an apology, but did receive an offer of an "accessory" for my troubles. Sorry a Subaru cap or t-shirt won't cut it. That dealership is plastered with slogans touting their committment to customer service--too bad the service manager doesn't take the time to read and internalize them. More
