My Review of Fair Oaks Ford:
Customer service is a 5 because the sales manager jumped through hoops to make me happy.

Friendliness is a 5 because everytime I walked in the sales personel greeted me and John would be sure and say hi.

Overall experience is a 5 because after I bought my car I noticed a small dent after I had left the dealership. I called to tell them I found this and they repaineted and fixed the area and gave me free loaner cars for over a week when the work was being done.

I gave the price a 5 because they beat everyone elses price.

Over the years, I have purchased 4 vehicles from Fair Oaks Ford and I have never had such wonderful service. Both sales and service personnel are very professional and friendly. They go out of their way to help the customer's experience a painless one. The service department cannot be beat. <br><br>I drive 35 miles one way due solely to the personnel at Fair Oaks. I have a Ford dealer a few blocks away and had a terrible experience when looking to purchase a car. Salesman did not want to deal with a woman.<br><br>Fair Oaks is the best.

Worst customer service I have ever had at a dealership. Very surly sales person and unprofessional management. Went to talk to manager about complaint about salesperson, stuffed popcorn in his mouth the whole time he talked to me. Sales person very surly because I wouldn't let him run credit report &quot;just to see where we're at&quot;. Primary clientele seems to be foreigners who don't seem to know any better. This is a very &quot;old-style' dealership with the stereotypic car sales people! A shame I was treated this way as I came very close to buying a car from them.
