RECEPTIONIST IS SUPER SWEET....THE CAR I BOUGHT IS LIKE BLINGING JUST FOR ME..I LOVE MY RIDE AND THE MY FRIENDS ARE GREEN WITH ENVY AT THE PRICE THAT I GOT HOOKED UP WITH..FAIRFAX HONDA IS THE BOOOMBBBBB!!!

My Review of Fairfax Honda:
I have always had A-1 service here at Fairfax Honda, I bought my car here more than 4 years ago and the car still rides like the first time I drove it of the lot of this place. I get all the service and oil changes done on time, my service rider sends me regular email with their specials and times for me to service my car and with this team effort my car is in great shape.

I purchased a 98 Honda Accord from Rosenthal fairfax honda. It was in excellent condition and runs great. I would definatly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a reliable used car that they don't have to Worry about keeping it in the shop always.

My Review of Fairfax Honda:
The entire experience was great!! I called and asked about a 2008 Odyssey EX-L in certain colors, and slaesman helped me get the van that I wanted. I called around to several dealers in the tristate area and also visited my local ones, so I knew what price I was looking for. Before telling me the price was very possible, they checked with the owner to be sure that the price was at least very close to what he would agree to.

The phone-quote for the new van was honored. We got to within $300 of my ideal price for my trade-in, which made me happy with the deal, since it's impossible to give a firm quote on a trade in over the phone.

The best thing was the overall friendly attitude and helpfulness. The finance guy did not do any high pressure stuff, and was quick but thorough. We were in and out of the finance office within a half hour.

This truely was an expectional experience at Fairfax Rosenthal honda.

My Review of Fairfax Honda:
We have bought 2 cars from Rosenthal Fairfax Honda in the last 3 years. Each sale was a pleasant, no hassle experience. We have almost all of our service work done here, and have never felt less than satisfied at each visit. Usually, the service staff will take extra measures to insure that we are satisfied. Like washing the car, getting us a loaner car or making recommendations on other service. Most things are covered by the warrenty like the check engine light that came on 6 months ago. I have been working with the same service rider for 2 years now and have become to know him pretty well, he is a very ethical man and have never feel cheated by his recomadations. He asked to write a review describing my experience with the dealership.

My Review of Fairfax Honda:
We have taken our car to this dealer for service out of necessity - it requires warranty repairs and this is the only dealer in close proximity.

They have what seems to be a business practice of denying obvious warranty repairs and instead charging bogus charges like "cleaning" - saying that the cleaning solves the problem. (It doesn't - the problem reoccurs within weeks). Or they'll charge a $200 diagnostic fee just to determine whether or not something should be covered under warranty.

If the next closest dealer was not so inconveniently located, I would avoid this place at all costs.

Had a most pleasant experience all while buying a beautiful Pilot from this dealer! the staff is great at explaining the in and outs of everythng they are showing you, the finance office did just that. Finace. They didn't drag a million different people trying to sell us on "acceries" for the car and "must haves". Anyhow the whole process was very nice.

Fantastic team of Workers here! I was in and out of Rosenthal Fairfax Honda, after I found the car I wanted online. The receptionist was friendly with a big smile, immidiately I was greeted by the salesman I spoke to on the phone. I test drove the vehicle and made my deal. My Review of Fairfax Honda:
My 2003 Honda Civic needed to have brakes fixed and I waited to the last minute to getting in done because the service was going to be expensive. I called around and got several quotes from Honda dealers and independent shop. The prices I received were lower at the independent shops, however they did not used the factory parts. I spoke to an advisor at Fairfax Honda and was told that they would match the repair price and I would just pay the difference for the factory price. I told it there and the service was done nicely and I feel much more comfortable that a certified Honda mechanic worked on my car…at the lower price.
