My Review of Fairfax Honda:
I purchased my used Accord from Fairfax Honda and had a terrible experience with my sales representative. He was short and unwilling to negotiate the sales price. After flat out leaving the dealership because of a comment he made, they made us an offer we couldn't say no to regardless of service.

Unfortunately, the vehicle I purchased had a problem that needed to be addressed through the service department. I have never experience a man more unwilling to go out of his way then their service manager. Terrible service and attitude from him.

There are plenty of other dealerships in the Washington, D.C. area. Pick one of them. Don't waste your time here.

My Review of Fairfax Honda:
My 2005 Honda Civic was totaled in December so I started on the hunt for a new car. I was going to buy a Mazda 3 from the dealership down the road but they told me I needed California emissions to buy a car that was going to have PA plates (not sure why since my county doesn't even require emissions at all). I went down the street to Fairfax Honda and they gave me no hassle. I ended up with an 09 Accord EX. I wanted the Belize blue, which they had to do a trade with another dealership since they had none in stock. My husband got a good price on it. He was on his IPOD touch on the dealership's internet looking up NADA and negotiationg with the salesman. We got the car we wanted within hours of going there. I would definately recommend this dealership if you want a new Honda.

Months after the purchase my husband decided that he wanted leather seats in the car so I called to see if they did that type of service there. Someone in the service department told me a great place that does it, but told me I would depreciated the value of the car because I would lose side air bags. I appreciate their honesty.

If you are shopping for a Honda, I highly recommend fairfax honda or landmark honda both great and i have used the service station of one and got my fit from the other. In addition everyone I worked with there, Charlie, the finance dept,. and the new car manager were all pleasant. Thank you for my first enjoyable car buying experience!

My Review of Fairfax Honda:
Service staff are friendly, but they don't have loaner cars and I can't seem to get issues dealt with... I have had an issue with the paint and transmission lag on my new Honda Accord and haven't been able to get either issue fixed in 3 visits. I've been told the following regarding the body:
1. We'll call you when we know the rep will be in...
2. I'll get you the date the rep will be here... then the service rep left on a break before providing... I couldn't wait around for it...
3. I'm now being told I have to call them in early November to find out when the rep will be in...

My Review of Fairfax Honda:
Don't trust anything this dealership does. I suspect they performed a bait and switch when we agreed to a Honda Care extended warranty with an faulty third party (non-honda) extended warranty when I purchased my 2007 Honda CRV. Too bad I didn't catch this at the time to actually do something about it but this is the best I can do now is to advise not to go to this dealership. Just say, the CRV will be my last Honda product. The only good thing now since the CRV is out of the basic Honda warranty (3yr/ 36 months)is that I can take it to be fixed at my long time family mechanics.

I was having my honda serviced, and was browsing the new cars while waiting. the salesman and i got to talking while waiting and he showed me a new model accord. My civic was 5 yrs old, so for the fun of it i got him to give me some prices on a new accord , trading in my civic. It ended up being much less than i thought, and he was very kind and professional. I wish all salesmen were like him. He gave me the information i wanted with out twisting my arm off. . Thanks for another great car Rosenthal Fairfax Honda!!!

Mixed experience at faifax Honda. After shopping around for a new accord, I was give a great price over the Internet by Gino. Went in to the dealer and the price was what was agreed upon over email. However when I was finalizing the sale, I was offered extended warranty. I purchased the warranty thinking it was the Honda extended care plan only to find out later that it was not. Was very mad considering the finance guy I dealt with, Jose, never mentioned that the warranty was not through Honda. Great sales staff, sleazy finance department.

My Review of Fairfax Honda:
I am 8 months pregnant, and they sold us a 1994 Honda Accord knowing that it needed brake pads and rotars, front and rear. This was readily (and eagerly) admitted when we returned 2 weeks later. The price was already about 1500++ too high ($4600 with body rust, obvious wear, and over 100K miles)and they wanted 1200 to fix this. The rudeness and condescending nature of David Perrin will NEVER be forgotten, and I will advise everyone I know to stay far away from this used car dealership.

My Review of Fairfax Honda:
Sold me a used 1994 Accord that they say they inspected at the dealership. I bought the car and then had it inspected myself. I was informed that the car should not have passed inspection because it had bad brake pads on the front and rear tires and that new rotors were needed on both the front and back. They sold me this car that I was buying for my wife who is 8 months pregnant. The brakes were moments away from failing. This could have seriously injured my wife and un-born child. BEWARE of this dealership. They fake inspections on cars that should not be sold in the first place. Also, the Director of sales, David Perrin was a complete #@% hole. I can't believe he can even sleep at night knowing how he lies, cheats and steals from innocent people like myself.

To make matters worse, I went back 2 days later to pick-up my refund check(another story for another time) and the same car was back on the lot, with the same inspection sticker, for sale! I have filed a report with the Virginia State Police Inspection division. I have sent them all my documents along with a photograph of the inspection sticker. This is not the first time they have done this I was told. Maybe now something will be finally done to these horrible people.

David Perrin; no words could describe this man.

THIS THE DEALER THAT I LOVE...THE BEST PEOPLE WORK HERE AND THE CARS ARE OF THE HOOK IN THIS PLACE .. RECEPTIONIST IS SUPER SWEET....THE CAR I BOUGHT IS LIKE BLINGING JUST FOR ME..I LOVE MY RIDE AND THE MY FRIENDS ARE GREEN WITH ENVY AT THE PRICE THAT I GOT HOOKED UP WITH..FAIRFAX HONDA IS THE BOOOMBBBBB!!!
