Customer Service Above and Beyond The Norm! I worked with Steve Dave on a car for my daughter's graduation gift. When I arrived the car was ready up front for me. We test drove it and the whole process was simple and quick. There were a few things that needed addressed (tire pressure sensor, temperature sensor) and since they were gracious enough to let me leave (hide) the car there for 10 days before her party - it was a surprise - he made sure everything was corrected. Unfortunately the temperature issue has to go to the Kia dealer. However, since the original advertisement of the car said heated seats, and the car actually didn't have them, when I asked about it getting installed, Steve made that happen. On the last day they were holding the car, I asked if they could recommend a place where I could have the windows tinted. Steve took care of it. Took the car there, picked it back up. On the day of the party Steve even delivered the car to me! And lastly, the dealership let me borrow a bow for the car! The customer service was so great that I'm afraid I might be getting Steve (or someone) in trouble for doing so much extra. I surely hope not. Initially I was skeptical about going to this dealership. The reviews online were mostly bad. I really liked the car, so I took my chances. I'll say that my experience made up for all the bad ones posted online. Thanks to everyone at the dealership, ESPECIALLY STEVE!!! It's no secret he's a bit more "experienced" than most other salesman, said he's been doing this for over 40 years. I surely hope I have all the energy to do all the running around he does when I'm his age! Thanks again!!! More

When Chad called to explain the results, he broke down the costs involved and helped me prioritize according to safety issues, etc. Anytime I need work on my Passat or simply have a question, Chad takes the time to understand my concerns. He explains things clearly which helps me make an educated decision. I appreciate his patience and thorough work ethic.
