Never felt rushed or pressured into making the sale. No high pressure salesmen and I couldn't beat the price. A pleasure to deal with!

My Review of Fallon Auto Mall:
They fixed the ac and put the fan belt on halfway. Then the fan belt made a pitching noise and broke. Now I had to get the car TOWED back there for the service to do it RIGHT! Imagine that!

My Review of Fallon Auto Mall:
I bought a new 2012 Ford from Fallon Auto Mall and the entire experience was outstanding. My salesman, Greg Mitchell, was very helpful from start to finish. He reviewed all of the features in the vehicle which was quite extensive.

I didn't feel any pressure to buy and feel like I got a good deal. They didn't play any games and it was difinitely the most enjoyable experience I ever had purchasing a vehicle. Joe DeAloia was great when it came time to sign. He fully expained the benefits of the products they offered but did not pressure me into anything.

Overall a very pleasant experience.

I called to ask a few questions one day,came in the next day and was taken care of from start to finish.This was my 2nd time to buy from F.A.M. with Spencer as my rep.I will go back!Price could always be better, but I like to be treated like they appreciate my business, it is not always about money!!

I purchased a vehicle that is in immaculate condition. It looks like a brand new car. My salesman Milt Wallace was the best. There was no pressure to buy. He was very honest about all aspects of the financing and sale. It was a wonderful experience. I would highy recommend this dealership and Milt to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. They have very fair prices and a friendly atmosphere. I am extremely happy with my new car!

Originally was shopping for a Ford, but ended up purchasing our second choice, 2012 Toyota. We'd pre-shopped online! This hometown Dealership is great to work with and went out of their way to satisfy our needs. They are very friendly, yet professional. Our Salesman, Greg Mitchell, was terrific; he saved 'the sale' when the Dealership didn't have our original choice. We are very happy with our 2012 Toyota Matrix and wouldn't hesitate to return to Fallon Auto Mall/Greg in the future. In fact, they'd be our first choice now. Kudos Fallon Auto Mall/Greg!

My Review of Fallon Auto Mall:
My husband and I bought a 2010 Ford F150 Lariat from the Fallon Auto Mall and the entire experience was outstanding. It is my husband's dream truck. Our salesman, Spencer, was so helpful from start to finish. He showed us how to hook up our phones to the Sync system, made sure we knew how to operate the navigation system, and showed us every feature in the truck which was quite extensive.

We never felt any pressure to buy and we got a great deal. They didn't play any games and it was difinitely the most enjoyable experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Joe DeAloia was great when it came time to sign. He fully expained the benefits of the products they offered but did not pressure us into anything. We did buy a Premium Care warranty and he offered us a great deal on that as well.

I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a great deal and wants to get away from the high pressure experience that you recieve from other dealears.

My Review of Fallon Auto Mall:
I went in to Fallon Auto Mall looking for a vehicle for my sister and brother-in-law. I was greeted by a courteous and friendly salesman Joe. I explained why I had stopped and Joe was quick to show me what was available. I was impressed with Joe as I explained the person I was seeking a vehicle for lived in Minnesota. The five other dealerships I stopped to see did not follow up on my inquiry. It could be the other five did not want to waste their time on a sale that likely could not happen. Joe took personal interest in my inquiry and I became interested in two quality vehicles FAM had in stock. I was impressed with Joe's professional salesmanship ability. It takes a certain amount of persistence to convince me to make a purchase like a car or truck. Joe has a balanced ability to do his job for his employer and have the customer leave with pleasant experience in buying a vehicle. I did buy a vehicle for myself and I will continue looking for the perfect pickup for my sister. I will be watching the inventory at Fallon Auto Mall with regard to my sisters needs. I would recommend this dealership and it will be the first stop for me when I am in the market for another vehicle.

Joses was very professional in the financial paper work. All in all this was a very pleasant experience.

After finding a small issue with the vehicle I bought I returned to Fallon Auto Mall and discussed my concerns. Between Joe, Tim and the shop, We were able to find the problem and the shop fixed it for me. I will be back to Fallon Auto Mall for my next purchase.
