I changed the coil pack and all spark plugs myself which took about an hour. Fallon Ford lied about the timeframe for diagnosis and how the engine codes work. They made it a big deal but the guy at Napa took about 30 seconds to tell me which coil pack and spark plug was fouled. The business model of Fallon Ford is equal to the crooks at Corwin Ford in Reno. They prey on people that don’t understand how cars work and trust that dealerships are trustworthy and professional. Fallon Ford tries to act all “small town” but they are really unethical and are in business to take your money. I realize that this review will not see the light of day. Fallon Ford doesn’t have the guts to let this get published. More

I brought truck in for an emissions recall because I couldn’t register my truck in ca. Iunderstand they are in nv but I can’t be the only ca customer with the closing of bishop ford I went to dmv and di couldn’t register my truck in ca. Iunderstand they are in nv but I can’t be the only ca customer with the closing of bishop ford I went to dmv and didn’t have the right form I called back and got they pleaded ignorance. I had to drive to Ridgecrest where the dealer was kind enough to fill out the form. If I had known that in advance I would have just gone there in the first place. Next I cancelled the transfer case service when I arrived. Guy said no problem but they did it anyway because “Greg screwed up but I can’t charge you” I was so impressed I didn’t check my bill. Big mistake not only did they charge me but they charged me for a diesel filter to service the transfer case. Lesson learned More
my truck said trailer light module fault. they diagnosed it for an hour and found a bad Fuse. I was charged $200 for a fuse I could have changed it 2 min but I was told it was the module. I they diagnosed it for an hour and found a bad Fuse. I was charged $200 for a fuse I could have changed it 2 min but I was told it was the module. I also ask for oil change, new air filter and tire rotation and spare tire replacement they did not rotate tires or replace spare and did not tell me they did not do it.. so I had to replace spare myself when I got home. I’ve only had my car serviced here since I purchased it- the service received has been fine and the customer service has been great from drop off to pick up, however, the 3 consecutive times I’ve asked for the service received has been fine and the customer service has been great from drop off to pick up, however, the 3 consecutive times I’ve asked for the technicians to not grab my roof while getting in or out has been ignored. Again, I have black fingerprints on my fabric liner that will not come out. I have experience in cleaning this before only to have the glue on the underside seep throughout and stain even worse. I will now be switching to another business for my car care More
