The Manager was Excellent. My Salesman POOR! Too many issues to explain. Feel free to call me and I'll go over the Litany of issues.. Even AFTER I picked up the Truck. Can't re My Salesman POOR! But he helped me out big time after I had my rotors and brakes go down only a couple months after purchasing the vehicle. He made it good. But it was things like no floor mats promised & didn't have a full tank of gas when I pulled outta there.Oil change showed as 1500 miles already had been driven on the vehicle since the last one. He show me some print out that it was all done, etc. but the icon or app that you click on to show all this schematics showed it haven't not been changed for 1500 miles. So whatever.. Many things . Mr. Fitzgerald was just not on top of it. And I hate giving poor reviews, but it just was not a good experience with that guy. More
Everything from the initial contact to the delivery of the car went very well. Even letting me drive the car home with a dealer plate and then they took care of the registration paper work and delivery of the car went very well. My experience was great, they understood my needs and I also had a very nice shuttle driver take me to and from work. Keep that service, it is so important to be able to still get to work while your car is also had a very nice shuttle driver take me to and from work.
