My very first visit was for my Toyota Hybrid engine. I had to get a whole new engine put in due to my mistake of taking my car to Firestone for services. Ava Winchester made me feel as if I had known her all my life. She calmed me down and reasurred me that Family Toyota of Burleson would take care of me, and they did. I think I called Ava every day, but not once did she ever seem annoyed. Ava and her manager Chris Bruder made sure my vehicle was getting everything it needed to get me back on the road. My car was in the shop for a week and came out running fantastic! The price for the work was not too bad either. My next experience was to purchase. My sales associate was Emanuel Jimenez. Manny, as I was asked to call him, was very courteous, kind, and attentive. Manny did everything in his powers to make my buying experience top rated. I noticed he had a digital picture frame in his office of all the customers who he had sold a vehicle to. Manny seems to pride himself on making a lasting and valuable impression with his customers and it shows that he really enjoys and takes pride in his job. The purchasing of my truck was faster than I had intended and they had an employee drive my car back to my house so I could enjoy my new vehicle. My son noticed I had a broken remote for the DVD player and Manny offered to pay for it to be fixed or replaced. He didn't have to do that, I didn't buy the truck for the DVD player, but Manny wants a lasting relationship in which his customers will return to him again and again.
